At Par’ Excelon, we work to develop a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and the public. In additional, we organize press conferences, draft press releases and submit them to all local and regional media outlets. We arrange for press interviews after the event. We also work with companies to ensure proper photos are submitted to the media outlets for community exposure.

CORPORATE EVENT PLANNING
Our event planning services include budgeting, establishing dates; selecting and reserving the event site, acquiring permits, coordinating transportation and parking. We also provide some or all of the following, depending on the event: developing a theme or motif for the event, arranging for speakers, coordinating location support, arranging décor, event support and security, catering, parking, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals and aid stations, and cleanup.
MEDIA PLACEMENT
Our Strategic Media Placement services consist of many components including: analyzing all media and determining which type is the best for each specific client; negotiating media rates with various media outlets, creating radio and television scripts for commercials, working with the production videographer to shoot commercials; assisting the videographer with edits for commercials; and working with specific clients to get their approval.
